Was planning to watch Transformers 2 on the IMAX today but couldn't. My little brother went however and apparently turning up an hour early isn't good enough, he was in the back of the line... man Transformers is causing quite a stur*

Well with Transformers 2 officially released a few days ago, the film has already grossed $550 million worldwide. With a budget of $195 million, Michael Bay must be laughing his way through the recession XDXD

Futurama

This is old news but was announced during the time off I had.. anyway, after fan's demand to bring back Futurama, Matt Groening produced 4 DVD movies. Sales were good and in result, on 9th June, it was announceced that Comedy Central has ordered 26 brand new episodes to be aired mid next year.

First Impression: Prototype

Now that holiday has pretty much started I'm overwhelmed with... nothing to do.. at least for the past two days. So today I got Prototype on PS3 but have yet to play it cause my little brother called dibs first.

My first impression is, being a sandbox game, its very linear, there really isn't much to do besides the main missions. There are those time-trials and highscore crap that only perfectionist would care about. In GTA, cars are for driving, in this game, they're just things to break while walking through them. Story is alright but my main problem is the main character who gets one cool point for having awesome abilities, besides that his not really anymore likeable.

I don't think I'll be actually reviewing games as a blogging thing but meh, we'll see.

Ok here's are some major thing that happened during my absent

On June 13th I attended to the Australian Dance Festival which mainly consisted of night performance, whole day of workshops, stalls selling stuff and after party.

Night performance was great, I was performing a contemporary dance piece.I thought we were OK because during practice our timing and everything was right but at the show we were abit off. I blame stage fright.

Workshop started from 10am - 4pm, hour after hour of classes totalling 5. I attended;
Anthony Ikin's Acrobatic Techniques, which open to me trying to free hand cartwheel. 'still can't though'
Paul White's Advance Contemporary, which was good, nothing exactly to comment about
Rhiannon Villareal's Hip Hop, which was a very girly dance piece
Marko Panzic's Intermediate Lyrical, which was epic, liked it alot
JD's Hip Hop, which was more manly than Rhiannon's.. lol
I didn't buy anything in the stalls, it was all chick stuff XD

After Party was fun, I need to do hip hop just to get that freestyle dancing. I'm pretty amazed how salsa dancers can freestyle salsa aswell.

From June 2-4 was E3 and it was amazing with so many gaming announcements. My favorites were PSP Go, the new more portable PSP and I like it; Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, which was announced to be the true sequel to Snake Eater, finally, a real MSG game on the PSP; and finally The Last Guardian, just aw.

The 1/1 gundam statue in japan was completed on 9th June, yes..
